Belah Community Centreis approximately 43 years old However the building was built in March 1951 and was originally used as a Baptist Church, the Baptist pool itself still exists under the floor of the main hall. The building was purchased by the local City Council in 1964 for £5,000 and was opened as a Community Centre. |

During 2008 Belah has underone a massive re-development. The newly refurbished building provides a modern, up to date community facility. The building has sun pipe technology, energy efficient lighting and up to date insulation. |
